This is an annual license, that will be co-termed to the origination date of initial ITC purchase.  Pro-ration will be both on price and term – the price listed here is the ANNUAL price. 

Please note: License amount cannot be changed within 30 days of renewal.

DUO products can take roughly 3 weeks to be fulfilled, depending on whether the order is for a new subscription or a modification to an existing subscription.
