A ParentSquare license will sync with your district student information system to a provide unified communication platform for all stakeholders from the parent, through the school and administrative offices. The license includes alerts + notifications, two-way classroom dialogue, attendance, sign-ups, forms including permission slips as well as dashboard oversights and reporting. Each ParentSquare license order quantity is for an individual district or school. A one-time setup fee of $900 per district or school will be added for initial licenses.
ParentSquare licenses and access will be handled by the PS Customer Success Team in collaboration with the Customer’s ITC. The PS Customer Success Team will reach out to the Customer and ITC Point of Contact to start the on-boarding process within 72 hours of a purchase approved by the MC Store.
The ParentSquare Services are subject to the terms contained in this store and the ParentSquare School Agreement (click to read), and incorporated by reference into this order. By submitting this order, the submitter certifies that (i) they are a duly authorized agent of Customer, and (ii) they have read the ParentSquare School Agreement and will take all reasonable measures to enforce it within the Customer’s organization.
